4X4 at the Comictlan, Aguascalientes
Well here are the first pictures of the 4X4 from this last weekend, it was really exhausting, on Saturday we didn't stop drawing, good vibe, no one was able to stop us, the truth is that when i did my pages i thought: "what a disaster is not looking any good", but when i saw the result i really liked it, nevertheless, there is a lot to do, on the next week we'll publish the work done at this exercise.

Results from the 4X4: Vampires, by Arbrenoi and Conejoto
Well this to girls had a conflict: well two actually, being my former students and to start late (like the last two), i suggested them to partner up, and so they did, they went a little over time, but they finished, it was a very interesting exercise.
I'm missing a couple of drawings from other people but they made them on line, when i get them I'll upload them.

Results from the 4X4: Vampires, by Marco
Results from the 4X4: Vampires, by Alejandro Altamirano
Results from the 4X4:Vampires, by Joel Ojeda ( Mister Monster)
Joel, besides being a great artist, he is also a good friend, he always supported this project, he design the logo, told people, scanned the pages, etc., thank you so much!, he finished in 3 hrs. and 12 minutes, the whole thing!, his dream is to work for DC to superman, i know that with this drawings he will and in no time.
Results from the 4X4: Vampires, By Carlos Macias
Well, here is the first, Carlos Macias was the one that chose the topic, we all wrote a theme we wanted in a piece of paper, we put them in a bag and a holy hand took the paper out and done! it started, Carlos finished first, in 3 Hrs. and 10 minutes!, and even so he took his time to finish eating, talk to some girls, etc.:and also because he had to prepare to play ( he also has a band), he almost didn't participate, all because of time issues.

Notes of the Concomic Ags.
The people showed a great interest on K-boom' Studio's work, specially the kids for the work in the U.S., they brought a lot of their own work, Horacio barely talked, but his work said it all, i was amazed with his talent, Oscar wouldn't stop sharing his knowledge, and gave a few tips to the people interest. (all the way in the back you can see Quetzal Cardenas y company)
The Oriental Food was a success, some "bread" with chocolate inside was the most popular.
Dolls, Action Figures and Cards were the things you could buy (they were a lot of them), some Marvel comics but NO MANGA! Frick!, this time i didn't bought anything, i wanted an illustration book!!
Marv from Sin City is not dead! the curious thing was that when i asked him to pose for the picture he told me that no one knew who he was, but he actually looked like him!
This is it for now, they're a few more pictures and comments, but I'll put them up some other day, look... it's like 5:30 in the morning o.k. ..., bye!

The invited artists: Oscar GL, along with his wife Susana Romero (lovely lady), the talented Horacio Sandoval ( i had a nice talk with them about this other post); Rene Cordova and Fers, presenting their new Comic Soulkeepers in Ags, very nice to the public, their work looks interesting, the graphic art it's outstanding; Juanito AC: Jonas Acosta, Mario Alberto Ruiz and Victor Hugo Rodriguez are Juanito A.C. an independent group that publish the first number of Real Astral: Leyendas de Espejos Rotos, (info taken form the mandrill operation: http://www.operacionmandril.com/2008/comic-garage-parte-1/) ah! in the second picture... There's Broccoli in the crazy salad! very kindly got work from the colleague.
